BIOGRAPHY

Tonya Binns was born and raised in Raleigh North Carolina. Her mom raised her along with her sister and two uncles. Her family is  very close and always look out for each other. Tonya became a teen parent with her oldest son Jay. She has over come a lot of trials and tribulations to get as far as she has. She got married and had two more children, Katie and Deshon. The marriage didn't last and Tonya found herself being a single mother again. She has struggled to provide and give her children everything that they want and need. Most of her life, she had to work two jobs plus go to school. She never let anything or anyone stand in the way of reaching her goals and dreams no matter how hard it was. After managing some great accomplishments, she is now pursuing her writing career as well as still furthering her education. She hopes to go on to become a great author, write screenplays, and get her Masters in Public Administration.
